Naturity emerged out of a desire to create personal care products which didn't contain additives and chemicals.  We weren't looking to make beauty products, but rather basic care products that incorporated the freshest organic ingredients, which were grown without chemicals, pesticides, and synthetic fertilizers. Though organic ingredients can cost three times the amount of their chemically processed counterparts, we chose the organic components because they were pure and unrefined--perfect for our products.

After years of research, we decided which products could offer the best shelf-life without any additional chemical preservatives. We developed our product lines - Organic Body-Bath™, Organic Motherhood™, Organic Babyhood™, and Organic Shaving™, and all four lines are comprised of 99 to 100% certified organic ingredients and carry "zero" toxicity ratings in the Environmental Working Group's Skin Deep database. By manufacturing our own products rather than reselling, we can deliver fresh, organic personal care products, while providing them to our consumers at an affordable price.

Our company is committed to educating our customers not only about organic products but also about the preservation our planet. We employ socially and environmentally-friendly business practices by purchasing ingredients from USDA certified organic, sustainable suppliers.  We believe in using eco-friendly packaging. For this reason, we chose glass and  metal containers for our products rather than plastic.  In addition, our massage oil containers for all three products lines are composed of 40% recycled glass. Gift items are contained in bamboo, recycled paperboard boxes, or tin and filled with recycled paper shred. We don't incorporate additional packaging and pretty boxes that create waste and we ship our items with biodegradable packaging peanuts.  Recycle Naturity™- our reuse program, invites our customers to recycle their Naturity product containers.  For every five containers sent back to us, we will send out a $15 gift certificate to the customer.

Earlier this year, we introduced a new environmental program, Plant & Green™.  Through this partnership with The New Jersey Tree Foundation, we will purchase a tree for every customer order placed.  The trees will be planted by The New Jersey Tree Foundation and will help support their greening initiatives.  It is one way we can think globally about environmentalism and act locally.  We look forward to developing future programs which engage our company and customers in supporting the preservation of our planet. 

Naturity intends to set a new standard in the personal care industry, while simultaneously educating consumers. We think the combination of both will lead to a healthier industry and a consumer base making better choices not only for their own self-preservation but also for that of our planet.
