Our Plant & Green™ Program helps preserve the
environment by planting trees in the garden state. We have partnered with the New Jersey Tree Foundtion to help keep New Jersey green.For every customer order placed, we will purchase a tree,
which will be planted by the New Jersey Tree Foundation.The purchased trees will be used to
support greening our local communities and schools.
The New Jersey
Tree Foundation is a statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to the
promotion, enhancement and development of urban and community forestry
activities in New Jersey through education, volunteerism, community outreach,
partnerships, and grants.The
initiatives of The New Jersey Tree foundation include: greening urban areas,
greening school grounds, memorial tree programs, and educational programs.
Naturity was
attracted to the New Jersey Tree Foundation because of its involvement with the
youth of New Jersey. The
organization offers free trees for Arbor Day to schools and scout groups. Trees that are 1-2 feet tall are
donated and planted every Arbor Day.
In addition, the organization provides a variety of educational
workshops to schools including community forestry, urban forestry, and
conducting tree-planting events.
Naturity
